How we make your MTM order

As an MTM clothier, I believe that you want to know how we make your made to measure order. Now, let me explain the production process of our workshop from the perspective of made to measure factory.

Step 1:

When you successfully submit an order through our ordering system, our CAD system will make an exclusively pattern quickly. At the same time, the pattern designer will conduct a second check and correction based on the order special body type to ensure that the order can perfectly fit your clients.

Step 2:

After confirming the pattern, the warehouse will match the fabrics, linings, etc. and give them to the cutting department for fabric cutting. Meanwhile, the buttons and threads would be matched according to the clients requirements, and the cut fabrics will be transferred to the production line for the next step of production.

Step 3:

Our experienced employees will make and iron garments according to the instructions of the intelligent system, no mistake would be made.

Step 4:

In every important procedures of order production, we will conduct strict quality inspections to ensure all orders could be delivered to you accurately. The total number of quality inspections will exceed 6 times.

Step 5:

Finally, our warehousing staff will carefully package the order and send to you by international express
